A wine of flavour and complexity. A wonderful deep red with purple hues. The nose displays herbaceous Cabernet fruit with hints of tobacco while the Mourvedre and Cabernet add spicy, cherry aromas. Complex fruit flavours with hints of cedary oak. Matured for 15 months in one, two and three year old American and French oak.
