Browse and Choose

We do not have a physical store so browsing is best done online. If you like a product, simply add it to the shopping cart by clicking the 'Buy' button. You can also remove unwanted items or update the quantity of items on the shopping cart screen. When you've finished, press the 'Check out' button to proceed to the Submit Order section.

Submit Order

Fill in the details as required on the form and press 'Continue'. The system will automatically work out and display the delivery charge for your order. Press 'Submit Order' to complete the ordering process and proceed to the payment section. An Order Confirmation is sent to you via email at this time.

Payment Options

After submitting the order, you can pay for it online using our secure credit card payment facility, or pay by cheque, money order, direct deposit or Paypal afterwards. Account and address details can be found in the order confirmation email. Unpaid orders are purged in 3 weeks.

Delivery

Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order on the same or next business day. Most orders are sent via Australia Post. If couriers are used, we'll contact you beforehand to make arrangements. Orders will usually arrive within a week.

If you wish to pickup the order from our office, please pay by credit card or direct deposit beforehand or pay cash at the time of pickup.

International orders

For areas outside Australia, orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery usually takes 4-10 work days depends where you are. Cost will depend on the weight of the order. We'll notify you via email after postage is calculated and applied to your order. You can then retrieve and pay for the order online. Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day once payment is received.

Delivery charges (Australia local) - Under 500g, $5.95 to all areas. Over 500g, $7.95 to Sydney metro; $11.95 to NSW country, Melbourne metro and Brisbane metro; to all other areas - $14.95 if package under 2kg, $19.95 if package over 2kg. The system will advise the delivery charge once you enter the address details.

Currency - all prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Online Credit Card Payment - We use the eWAY secure payment gateway to accept credit card payments. Details of your credit card are protected by 1024 bit encryption and payments are processed in real time. We accept Master, Visa and American Express cards.

Order Tracking - You can track the status of your order or view details of the products on your order at any time by entering your order number on the menu bar located at the top part of all shopping pages.

Refund Policy - We do not refund but will gladly exchange within one month of purchase provided that goods are returned in their original condition. Product faults should be reported within two weeks of purchase and refund will be processed on return of the goods. The usual postage and handling charge applies to all replacement orders.
