The Pa Kua and the eight Aspir
One important Feng Shui formaula concerns the eight main life Aspirations, corresponding to the four cardinal Directions and the four intercardinal Directions of the compass. Each of these Aspirations (Wealth, Children, Knowledge, Career...) is symbolised in the octagonal shaped Pa Kua, one of the most basic Feng Shui tools which helps you to identify where the particular Aspirational locations lie in your home. You can therefore energise them, using a number of appropriate cures and enhancements. This will stimulate positive ch'i flow and create good feng shui for you.
